A duplicated typescript from the Broadway Production which premiered 30^th October 1975. Bound in Orange card wrappers with two brass brads. Title, [i] cast of characters, [ii] notes on sets and staging. Pages 278mm x 210mm, printed on the recto only and numbered 1.1 to 1.57, 2.1 to 2.36.
