A total of 138 copies were published in three limited edition formats with all copies signed by Ian McEwan:
- One hundred copies, numbered 1-100, bound in Ratchford Atlantic royal blue cloth.
- Twenty six copies, lettered A-Z, bound in quarter royal blue cloth and marbled boards.
- Twelve copies, numbered I-XII bound in quarter black Library Calf and royal blue cloth boards.
Note 1: One out of sequence (unnumbered) copy of the cloth bound edition has been sighted (MW collection). It is not signed.
