Air Force blue cloth boards with a face graphic in Navy blue; down spine in Navy blue: ‘IAN McEWAN DISGUISES’. No ISBN.

Note 1: This was a limited edition of 175 numbered copies printed for members of ‘De Roos’, Utrecht (a bibliophile publishing house) with a few additional copies ‘for the collaborateurs (sic) and for the society’s archives’.

Note 2: One out of sequence copy has been sighted (MW collection) which has ‘h.s.’ instead of a number.
