Note 1: on the publication data page the paperback edition has a sticker over the SBNs with corrected numbers. The hardback edition has the correct numbers printed.

Note 2: an example has been sighted where the page block from a hardback copy was replaced by the page block from a signed paperback copy, thereby forging a “signed hardback”. The giveaway to this was that the finished product still had the stickered SBNs on the publication data page.
